2012 AHMA CARH Joint Convention
“BACK TO BASICS - in Affordable Housing Management!”
In this climate of dwindling resources, each of us needs to have a solid knowledge base in program regulations, fair housing, operations/maintenance, reporting…and many other areas, to ensure we have the tools necessary to provide the best level of safe, clean and affordable housing possible. This convention focuses on the basics - and we’ll arm you with tips and techniques to help you achieve success!
Hotel Sleeping Room Block Status: CARH members, AHMA of Washington members and the public were being allowed to pre-reserve blocks of rooms at several hotels. This process took place from November 1 to December 1, 2011. Now, the Coeur d’Alene Resort and the Coeur d’Alene Inn/Best Western, are completely sold outas of this moment in time.
Two new room blocks have been set aside. Only a limited number of rooms exist in these room blocks as well! Call today!
