AHMA of WA is excited to bring more virtual events to our members. Join us 12 noon- 1:00 pm on November 30 for the next Member Virtual Connections. The topic for this session is Tenant Certification Best Practices with guest commentator Celeste Milles, SHCM®, S.T.A.R., C3P, HCS of Allied Residential. Celeste will lead the discussion on best practices.

Celeste Mills has 2 decades of work in affordable housing across RD, HUD, Tax Credit, and HOME, holding positions in nearly all positions, currently as Director of Compliance for Allied Residential.

She specializes in creating and improving processes to manage a never-ending flow of files, including scheduling and managing timelines to meet deadlines required by affordable programs.

These Zoom conversations are designed to virtually connect you with your peers to discuss affordable housing management issues.
