2019 AHMA Annual MeetingThe Affordable Housing Management Association of Washington (AHMA) holds their annual meeting during the convention. The election of board members takes place in this meeting. In accordance with the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) of Washington and under the applicable sections of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW): OFFICIAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF: The annual meeting of the membership will be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at the Hilton Convention Center in Vancouver, WA; and OFFICIAL NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN OF: Nominations are being sought to fill NINE (9) seats on the Board of Directors, the terms for which expire this year. The newly-elected Directors will join SEVEN (7) other Directors (or their replacements appointed by the Board of Directors) who were elected to two-year terms last year, in 2018. Currently, nine (9) incumbent Board members whose terms are expiring are: • Colleen Carr, Allied Residential, Renton; These seven Board members were elected last year, and have one year remaining to serve:
Board seats can only be filled by, and nominations can only come from, Members in Good Standing. Nominations may come from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
