Stress is a natural and manageable part of life. Constant demands of professional and personal lives can lead to stress overload. During the past year of Covid 19, has increased our stress levels both at work and at home. Today, it is even more important to make sure we engage in work-life balance. This presentation will examine the different types of healthy and unhealthy stressors and provide strategies for dealing with stress to avoid compassion fatigue.
