Course Overview

Green Operations and Maintenance provides an overview of basic green and sustainable concepts and Operations and Maintenance (O&M} principles for affordable housing. Its content provides a stepping-off point to develop a site-specific green and sustainable O&M program that follows U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements.

This class provides guidance in preparing a Green O&M Plan. This guidance will tie together the previous sessions and make clear how all of them work in concert, interact with and support these procedures in a cohesive working plan.
