Green Operations and Maintenance provides an overview of basic green and sustainable concepts and Operations and Maintenance (O&M} principles for affordable housing. Its content provides a stepping-off point to develop a site-specific green and sustainable O&M program that follows U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements. This class provides guidance in preparing a Green O&M Plan.
