AHMA of Washington will be offering four classes that will prepare you to take the SCHM Exam for certification. These classes are to increase the knowledge needed for operating a LIHTC property.

This is part 3 of 4 classes. This class will deal with:

  • Inclusions and exclusions of income and assets
  • Knowledge of rules of calculation of income
  • Knowledge of who qualifies as a household member
  • Student households
  • Knowledge of application process
  • Knowledge of interview process
