NAHMA HUD Update: TRACS Release 2.0.3.A Delayed Implementation Schedule and Cancellation of TRACS Industry Working Group Conference

January 4, 2019

Dear NAHMA Members,

Below, please find information from HUD regarding the delayed implementation schedule for TRACS Release 2.0.3.A and the cancellation of the TRACS Industry Working Group Conference.

TRACS Release 2.0.3.A Delayed Implementation Schedule

TRACS Release 2.0.3.A forms approval is still pending Office of Management and Budget (OMB) forms approval.  As a result, the targeted February 1, 2019 implementation date for TRACS Release 2.0.3.A will need to be postponed.

The new date will be set to two months – to begin on the first of the month – after approval by OMB forms approval.

The Office of Multifamily Housing Programs (MFH) will publish a stakeholder notification with the: [i] OMB approval of HUD’s new and/or revised forms and [ii] new expiration dates for HUD forms on the TRACS documents page: https://www.hud.gov/program_offices/housing/mfh/trx/trxsum

Cancellation of TRACS Industry Working Group Conference

The TRACS Industry Working Group Conference scheduled for 9 AM on Monday, January 14th and Tuesday January 15th, 2019 regarding the collaboration between Multifamily Housing Programs and our affordable housing stakeholders has been cancelled. Additional details are forthcoming.

Thanks,
