The Washington Affordable Management Convention features a full schedule of insightful and informative programs. The event brings together Affordable Housing Professionals and creates a unique opportunity for education and interaction.
Registration fees:
Early Bird Registration Rate: $475 plus tax*
Non-Member Registration Rate: $625 plus tax*
*A new law effective October 1, 2025, requires AHMA to collect sales tax on conference registrations. The current rate is 8.8%

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation fee is $175 until April 3, 2026. After April 3 there is no refund for cancellations.
Substitutions are welcome. There is a $50 fee per substitution until April 4, 2026. $100 fee per substitution April 5-10. After April 11, the substitution fee is $250.

Unless you are a state or federal agency, there is no option to register solely as an exhibitor.
