COVID-19 Communication Challenges with Staff and Residents & Tools to Address Them WebinarTuesday, November 10th, 10:00 am to 11:30 am (PDT) We are in a unique time where the science related to COVID-19 is continuing to evolve, and therefore the policies and expectations of property management companies is also evolving. This makes for an incredibly confusing and challenging environment, especially when you are responsible for communicating with your staff and residents. This training will include three parts designed to address this challenge. First, we will discuss the fundamentals related to COVID-19, the reason the science and policy environment is ever changing, and what we can expect moving forward. Trainer: Dr. Rachael Piltch-Loeb, who has both a master’s degree and Doctorate degree in public health, has concentrated her work on public health emergencies and communication. She has been cited as an expert on COVID-19 in The Atlantic and other international publications. You can follow her latest COVID-19 updates on her Q&A platform, Corona Comments. She is currently a Preparedness Fellow at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and holds an appointment as an associate research scientist in NYU’s School of Global Public Health’s Program on Population Impact, Recovery and Resilience. Note: AHMA's webinar policy requires payment at the time of registration
