NAHMA HUD Update: DEADLINE EXTENDED - Request for member comments on Draft RFPs for HAP Contract Administration, Comments due January 26January 4, 2018 HUD has extended their deadline for comments on their draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) Contract National Support Services and HAP Contract Regional Support Services, both formerly known as the Performance-Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) program. Please submit comments to us by COB on January 26th, 2018. If you are a PBCA, we recommend you respond to the solicitations directly by HUD’s new deadline at the end of month; however, please provide comments to NAHMA, as well.
