NAHMA HUD Update: HUD Updates Utility Allowance (UA) FAQs September 2nd

HUD recently shared the following updated responses to frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding Housing Notice H-2015-04, "Methodology for Completing a Multifamily Housing Utility Analysis."

This updated FAQs include responses to ten additional questions and replaces the UA FAQs that were last emailed in August of 2015. You will find detailed answers to questions on the required UA documentation, baseline analyses, or sample sizes.
