June Stakeholder Virtual Listening Sessions on HUD’s FY25 PBCA ProposalAssistant Secretary for Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner Julia Gordon invites interested parties to join virtual stakeholder listening sessions to share their feedback on HUD’s proposed modifications to the Performance-Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) program.
“The PBCA program is essential to the sustainability of the Section 8 Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) program and the more than 1.2 million low-income households it serves,” said Commissioner Gordon. “HUD is committed to hearing from and working with stakeholders to achieve a solution that ensures the long-term viability of this program.”

The virtual listening sessions will be held Wednesday, June 5, from 10 am to 12 pm ET and Thursday, June 6, from 2 pm to 4 pm ET. Register here to join either listening session.
