Applicant Follow Up: October 15 Deadline

The Office of Multifamily Housing’s Production and Preservation Division is reaching out to our applicants to follow up on projects that have communicated a need to close by the end of this calendar year. Applicants that have received notification of any outstanding items must have the required information and / or documentation submitted to Production and Preservation on or before October 15, 2021. This hard deadline is necessary to prioritize resources to help meet the year-end deadlines. If remaining items are not received by October 15, 2021, or are insufficient upon receipt, we are unable to provide any assurance that a transaction will close by the end of calendar year 2021.
