2026 AHMA Annual Meeting

The Affordable Housing Management Association of Washington (AHMA)  holds their annual meeting during the convention.  The election of board members takes place in this meeting.

In accordance with the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) of Washington and under the applicable sections of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW):

OFFICIAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF: The annual meeting of the membership will be held at 3:45 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at the Wenatchee Convention Center in Wenatchee, WA; and

OFFICIAL NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN OF:

Nominations are being sought to fill SIX (6) seats on the Board of Directors, the terms for which expire this year.  The newly-elected Directors will join SEVEN (7) other Directors (or their replacements appointed by the Board of Directors) who were elected to two-year terms last year, in 2025.  

Currently, seven (7) incumbent Board members whose terms are expiring are:  

  • Cicely Bradley, AMC, Spokane AHMA Secretary
  • Adrian Duarte, Ad-West Realty Services, Bellevue
  • Michelle House, Community Roots Housing; Seattle, AHMA Vice President
  • Elsie Janson, Pike Place Market PDA, Seattle
  • Dianne Moreland, Low Income Housing Institute; Seattle
  • Jason Hainsworth, Hainsworth Laundry, Spokane

    represents the Associate Members and is a non-voting member of the Board

These seven Board members were elected last year, and have one year remaining to serve:Spencer Anderson, United Marketing; Seattle

  • Jennifer Branham, Coast Property Management, Everett
  • Celeste Caldwell, Allied Residential, Renton
  • Melissa Correll, Circ Living, Seattle
  • Glori Houston, Catholic Charities Eastern Wa, Spokane AHMA President;
  • Kelli Livingston, Good & Barbieri, Spokane
  • Susan Meyers, Pan Pacific Properties, Seattle
  • Jonathan Riffey, Warren Allen, LLC, Portland 

Board seats can only be filled by, and nominations can only come from, Members in Good Standing. Nominations may come from the floor at the Annual Meeting.

Candidates are strongly encouraged to nominate themselves for positions for which they are qualified. Before nominating another member, please make sure you have that person’s consent.

All nominees will be required to provide a brief bio and statement of interest (not to exceed 500 words). We will distribute a document containing all the candidate statements by Monday, April 13, 2026.

DEADLINE

The deadline to nominate someone for the board is Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
