Strategies will be identified for getting out from behind your desk to engage face-to-face with your residents to learn their baseline and “normal” behaviors. In addition, understand the importance of developing relationships and empowering residents to build community and participate in events will be explored as a way of decreasing social isolation and enriching their quality of life.
