NAHMA HUD Update: HUD Publishes Updated COVID19 Multifamily Q&As

Dear NAHMA Members,

Today, HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing released an updated COVID-19 Questions and Answers Guidance. A significant portion of the questions on Asset Management, Multi-family Productions, Rental Assistance Demonstration and Property Reviews have been updated with new guidance.

On page 7, members should review the revised and updated guidance on annual recertification and interim certification, including the Use of Tenant Self-Certifications, Signatures, Documentation for Certifications, and TRACS.
