NAHMA Update: NAHMA and Industry Associations Release Join Statement Opposing the New Eviction Moratorium

Dear NAHMA Members,

The CDC issued a new eviction moratorium order on August 4th, through October 3rd, 2021. In response to the action taken by CDC yesterday, NAHMA and a broad real estate industry coalition released a joint statement opposing the new federal CDC eviction moratorium and urged the Administration to work with Congress, states, and localities to help with disbursing critical rental relief.
