About the Trainers Gwen Urrutia, M.S.W., Service Coordination Program Manager With 13 years of experience as a service coordinator and a service coordination program manager, Gwen brings a wealth of knowledge about the service coordinator role in HUD-subsidized properties. Gwen has developed a comprehensive training program for new service coordinators, provides ongoing coaching and team building for tenured service coordinators, and coaches new property managers about the service coordination role in their building. Leslie Hill, M.P.A., Director of Compliance, Quality & Innovation Leslie’s 20 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, operations, and services give her a big picture view of how housing teams can work together to provide high quality housing and services to residents. She has developed and implemented policies, procedures, best practices, and trainings to build strong systems that support the work of property management and service delivery.
