Ms. Staggs brings knowledge from both sides of the aisle. Formerly a manager with the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) and prior to that, a Project Manager, with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, she is an expert in compliance with, and implementation of, low-income housing laws and regulations. In addition to having over 24 years of property management experience, Ms. Staggs possesses the real-world, hands-on knowledge of applying the rules of the trade to everyday situations.  She is exceptional at explaining the reasons “why it must be done this way” when it comes to compliance policies handed down to property management site level staff. Ms. Staggs is also able to successfully provide multiple perspectives from groups such as the regulatory monitoring agencies, the property management corporate level as well as at the property site level staff.
