NAHMA HUD Update: CNA eTool Question & Answer Session on Thursday, January 18, 2018

HUD has announced a Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) eTool Q&A webinar for Thursday, January 18 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. EST.  According to HUD’s message below, This session will be a question and answer forum for public housing authorities and mod-rehab property owners about implementing HUD’s Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) e-Tool for non-FHA Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) transactions. A previous webinar on December 7, 2017 - “Using HUD's CNA e-Tool for RAD Transactions” - reviewed these requirements, and the slides, recording, and transcript are posted for review.

HUD is encouraging interested parties to send known questions about implementing the CNA e-Tool for non-FHA RAD transactions in advance to [email protected] so they can be best addressed during this webinar.
