NAHMA HUD Update: HUD Provides COVID19 Multifamily Q and A Updated Guidance

Dear NAHMA Members,

Today, HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing released an updated COVID-19 Questions and Answers Guidance (last updated on May 1). A significant portion of the questions on resident health, broad band internet access, moratorium on evictions under the CARES Act, asset management and policy and operations have been updated with new guidance. This includes updates to questions on rent comparability studies, financial audits and residential receipts, and physical site inspections.
