Engaging Multifamily Owners & Managers in HUD Housing Counseling

The Office of Housing Counseling (OHC) is hosting a webinar on February 23 to help owners and managers of HUD-assisted or insured multifamily properties who are looking for resources to assist their tenants during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many HUD housing counseling agencies across the country provide rental housing counseling services that can help tenants access rent and utility payment assistance, develop and manage a budget, and repair their credit. These services can help owners and managers avoid costly unit turnovers or legal fees associated with eviction.

The webinar will provide an overview of housing counseling services and cover how to find and connect with local housing counseling agencies.
